•Orders are made & mailed within 1-5 business days after purchase.
If you require an order by a certain date, please send an email and we will do our best to make it happen.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
Expedited shipping is calculated at checkout and includes a jewellery gifting box, tracking number and insurance up to $100.
Once shipped, orders typically arrive between 1-7 business days.

Standard shipping is also available at checkout. This is untracked shipping and may take longer to arrive.
•Standard shipping has envelope size limitations. These orders will be packaged in a velvet pouch.

Yes! Open Fire only uses quality materials including Sterling Silver, 14K Goldfill + solid 14K Gold.

We recommend using this polish cloth for your jewellery.
•This will polish the metal to a brand-new shine + protect the gemstones from harsh chemicals.
•The cloth will darken while polishing. This is normal; do not wash the cloth.
We recommend getting sized at your local jewellery shop or using our DIY ring sizer to help determine your ring size.
